These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Metfold application (“Metfold App”) by employees, contractors, and other authorized staff of Metfold Sheetmetal. By using the Metfold App, you agree to comply with the following:
1. Purpose of Use
- The Metfold App is provided solely for internal business operations.
- It must only be used for order tracking, monitoring, and related business functions as directed by management.
- Any personal or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
2. Access & Security
- Access is restricted to authorized staff only.
- Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Sharing accounts or unauthorized access to another staff member’s account is not permitted.
3. Data Handling
- Information in the Metfold App is company confidential.
- Staff must not export, share, or disclose order data outside the company without prior approval.
- All data access and usage must comply with the company’s Data Protection & Privacy Policy.
4. Compliance & Conduct
- Staff must use the app responsibly and only for official tasks.
- Misuse of the app, including falsifying order records or unauthorized modification of data, will result in disciplinary action.
- Users must follow all company IT and security policies while using the app.
5. Monitoring & Audit
- The company reserves the right to monitor and log all activities performed on the Metfold App.
- Regular audits may be conducted to ensure compliance with these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The Metfold App is provided “as is” for internal operational use.
- The company is not liable for errors, delays, or disruptions caused by misuse or technical issues beyond reasonable control.
7. Termination of Access
- Access to the app may be revoked at any time due to:
- Employment termination,
- Role change, or
- Violation of these Terms.
8. Acknowledgment
- By using the Metfold App, staff acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
